	1. The retreat dates have been set! April 29th- May 3rd, 2009
2. Receive contract from C. M. & send to Therese for signing.	Ron:		Done
3. figure budget. Send to Therese for approval	?
3. Raise deposit for Camp Mitchell by asking regular attendees for early deposit ($30 - $50)	? and Ron to send out email notices
4. Get retreat theme from Therese. Create flyer & registration form Send to Therese, then to email list, and to EBS	? & Ron	As soon as the public announcement is ready
5. Arrange talk in Little Rock on Tuesday before the Retreat (at EBS??)	?
6. As registrations come in, make sure the necessary jobs are assigned. Check with Therese on: 1) Meditation Bellmaster, 2) Panel, 3) Teacher's attendant, and 4) Dharma discussion Leaders	Edelle, Susan, and Therese
7. Arrange transportation and gifts for teachers	?
